It's hard to blame the indexer; Nancy's surname is a capital "B" followed by seven bumps.  On the other hand, reading "Todd Cty" as "Todd City" is a serious error.

Why is William back?  Or, rather, where was he in 1840?  Living next door to her brother-in-law, Nathaniel BURRUS.
