Assuming "Lur" is Levi.  Five males and two females fit Henry's household at the time.  Henry may be Levi's son.

This census-taker's "3's" and "5's" were often very difficult to tell apart.  However, whether Henry's or Nancy's age is 30 or 50 is moot because, at least based on other sources, they were both born in 1811.  Levi BURCHAM is in the same county.
