No specific source was given for the above, but they appear to be extracted records (as opposed to patron submissions).  There are discrepancies between the dates here and the ones in their emigration record.  In the case of Samuel Friedrich, the census indicates the emigration record is the erroneous one.  Can't tell about Margaret or Rosina until their census records are found.

Gottfried appears to have re-married, and I would take Catharine to be the wife of Frederick.  Mary should be more like 56.

I wouldn't have even considered that these were our subjects, except that they are listed next to Gottfried's married daughter, Louisa (BAAD) STROUP.  All I can figure is that their English was as bad as the enumerator's German.  Gottfried should be more like 64.
