Secondary sources show them with twins, Curtin C. ASKEY and Harry C. ASKEY, born 1 Sep 1861, but the censuses indicate just one child, Henry Curtin C. ASKEY, born on that date.

4.  1860 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  can't find James or the children, and I really looked, including page-by-page searches of Karthaus Twp., Clearfield Co., and Burnside Twp., Centre Co.  I can't find Mary (MICHAELS) HEVERLY or her son, either.  Harriet WYCOFF (æ 26) is living in Karthaus Twp., Clearfield Co., PA (p. 1047), with her parents, John WYCOFF (æ 60) & Caroline (æ 50), plus siblings, including Martha (æ 17).
