Skiner considering the Uncertainty of this transitory Life, do make and declare the Presents to contain my last Will and Testament; That is to say, I give and bequeath unto my Dear and loving Wife Christian all my Money Goods Chattells Rights & Credits and all my Houses, Lots, Tenements. . . . And I do hereby nominate and appoint her my said Wife & my loving Friend Benjamin Loxley of this City Carpenter to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament. . . .
