In the name of God amen. The last Will & Testament. of Nicholas Corbin of Baltimore County being sick in boddy, but thankes be to God in good & pfecct memory first I bequeath my boddy to ye Ground & my Soule to God that gave it. 

Imprs.  I give & bequeath unto my Grandsone Thomas Gostwick sone unto Joseph Gostwick & Mary his wife fifty[?] acres of Land being part of this tract I now dwell upon to Runn upon a Branch called [?] Bridge branch to inherrit & enjoy ye same at the age of one & Twenty yeares & continue unto him & his heires for ever.

It[?] I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Roberts one Cow with all her future increase, unto her & her heires for ever.

It[?] I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Gostwick one Cow with all her future increase unto her & her heires for ever.

It[?] I give unto my Sone Edward Corbine an hundred acres of Land called Corbines Hill with all the Priviledges & appurtenances thereunto belonging & to his lawfull heires for ever.

Item In finall conclusion when all my Debts & all & singular ye aboves Legacyes to each resspective parson are paid and fully acquitted & discharged yt[?] then I doe fully make & ordaine my truly beloved Wife Alice Corbin whole & Sole Execux of all & Singular my Goods & Chattles of what nature or quallity soe-ever they be or wheresoever they may or shall be found & to her propper use & to her disposall forever without any lett or molestation, of any psson or pssons whatsoever unto all & singular the above specyfyed I doe here sett my hand & fix my Seale being my last Will & Testament revoakeing & disannulling all other Wills whatsoever this 30th day of March in ye year of our Lord God 1695
