Although Arizona did not become a state until 1912, there were territorial censuses beginning in 1850 and 1860 while still part of New Mexico Territory.  Arizona became a separate territory in 1863, and there were territorially censuses in 1870, 1880, and 1900.   Below, years in small text indicate no STRAUB/etc. were found; years without links have not been done.  The entire 1890 census was lost.
