If no footnote is given, my reading of a name agrees with the FTM 1820 Census Index (Broderbund CD-314); otherwise, below is their indexer's reading of the name.  The left edge of the page has faded away, so most of the given names on the page are very difficult to read:
Patrick Elliott.  Could also be Frederick (i.e., all I can read is "...rick").  I'll grant "Patrick" primarily because there is a Patrick in the 1830 census of the county.
Stephen Harriss.  It might be Stephen.
John Harrod.  I can't read the first name, but it appears to be too long to be John.  It may end in "...hn," but it could be ending in "...hu," as in Elihu.
Willaim Honey.
David Harrison.  It might be David.
Jusley D. Johnston.  I can only read "...ley," but there is an Insley in the 1830 census of the county.
