If no footnote is given, my reading of a name agrees with the FTM 1820 Census Index (Broderbund CD-314); otherwise, below is their indexer's reading of the name:
Nathaniel Bardlow.  Surname is definitely Barklow, not Bardlow.  The given name is indecipherable, but not Nathaniel — definitely ends in a letter with an elaborate descender (y? g? z?).   First letter possibly "P."
Mrs. Barton.
Philip Beam.
Missing.  There was an Andrew Carto in the index, but there was another one on p. 23B (i.e., should have been two in the FTM index on p. 91, but there was only one).
John Cox.  On the CD image, all I can read is the initial "C"; the rest is a blotch, but the name is definitely very short.  Cox seems likely, but there were no other COXes in the county while there were COENs.
