Philip RACEY of Norfolk, England, thru grandson, John Luke RACEY (1750-1813),
1773 immigrant to Pennsylvania, who settled in Hampshire Co., VA [now WV]
Ohio became a state in 1803, but the 1810 Census of Ohio was lost (except for Washington County).  Where available, tax lists or other records are substituted for the missing 1810 census; however, no RASEY/etc. were found on Broderbund CD-313, which includes 1810 OH tax lists.  The entire 1890 census was lost.
