1.  Indexed "Cress," which I suppose it could be, but it looks like "Cup" to me.
2.  Indexed as both "Coaps" and "Cupps." It's "Lewis Coaps" in the main list, but "Lewis Cupps" in the column indicating he's a military pensioner.
3.  This enumerator puts a little flourish at the end of names ending in k, h, and p, which means these names were indexed as KAPPE, but I think they are really KAPP.
