Timeline Tables of Surname CARRICO (and Variations)
in the 1810-1930 Censuses of West Virginia
Lines known to be related are highlighted with the same color.
The progenitors listed below are known, believed, or asserted to be
descendants of Peter CARRICO I, the 1674 immigrant to Maryland.
Presumed Descendants of William CARRICO I (c1750s-1810s), s/o ?
eldest of the first CARRICOs to Prince William Co., VA
Descendants of Peter CARRICO (c1760s-c1815), s/o ?
eldest and first CARRICO to Monongalia Co., VA [now Preston Co., WV]
Although West Virginia did not separate from Virginia until 1863, I've treated its counties as if West Virginia had existed from the start.  The 1790 and 1800 censuses of Virginia (and thus West Virginia) were lost.  The entire 1890 Federal census was lost.
