I've extracted the following from microfilm of the Todd Co. tax rolls (Heritage Quest Microfilm, V20-359).

Many of the records are unreadable, sometimes due to poor handwriting, more often due to poor photography. There is little doubt that the extraction below is incomplete and that it possibly contains errors. I did my best to extract as much as possible, but a great deal was simply unreadable, most especially for the 1820 records.
