Funeral services for Mrs. Samuel Stroup were held Monday afternoon at Heaton's chapel.  Blrial (sic) was in Wyuka cemetery.

Stroup—Samuel Stroup, eighty-nine, passed away at 12:30 a.m. Monday morning.  His home was at 2240 Holdrege.  He is survied by one daughter, Miss Harriet, at home, and a son, Wilson Stroup, of Lincoln.  The body is at Hodgman's.
