Margaret appears to be deceased, and there appears to be a young couple living with the family, perhaps kin or hired help. Certainly, with five children under ten years of age, Philip would have needed domestic help.  The only other STROUP/STRAUB/etc. in Mifflin Co. is David STROUP in Armagh [later Brown] Township.  The list is roughly alphabetized, so no neighborhood reconstruction is possible.
