This census-taker has erroneously shown everyone from Line 13 down to the bottom of the page "dittoed" as being born in Ireland.

Mary should only be aged 61.  Or has the enumerator made a huge error in that Samuel & Mary are living with their daughter, not their son?  Then the 1876 death date for Mary (REYNOLDS) would make sense.

7.  1880 U.S. Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  not found.

Except for the tombstone images and occasional death certificate,
this database consists of undocumented patron submissions, so caveat emptor.

In the supplied photos, the fronts of John's and Mary Ann's tombstones are mostly unreadable, but both are unusual in having the name carved on the top surface of a thick, flat-surfaced stone.  Surely they are a pair.  In both cases, their birth and death dates are consistent with the census records.
