8.  1910 Census Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  Henry is deceased and Louisa is not found.  It is probable that Louisa predeceased Henry because, had she been living, I think there would have been a more informative obituary and that it would have mentioned her.

NEW BEDFORD MOURNS HIS DEATH

New Bedford, March 10. Henry Stroup, one of the oldest citizens of this village, died very suddenly at his home here Wednesday morning.  He appeared to be in his usual health and had just dispatched his breakfast when he became ill and died in a short time, death being due to heart failure.

Mr. Stroup was about seventy-five years of age.  Funeral services will be held Saturday forenoon, conducted by Rev. M. L. Fredric, and interment will be made at the cemetery of the Lutheran church at this place.
