______ Sylvanus S 15 M W At Home     Missouri
______ Franklin S 17 M W At Home     Missouri
Despite the incorrect middle initial, this is the household of William Henry STROUP.  Elizabeth is William's unmarried sister, not his wife, and Sylvanus STROUP is William's orphaned nephew, only child of his late brother, Monroe STROUP.  I have not been able to figure out who Franklin is.  Listed next to another of William's brothers, Sydney A. STROUP.

3.  1880 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  can't find.

"The Cloud" is double-speak for "dumb terminal on a main frame." Been there; done that. Never again.

The IT guys on the big iron hated the Personal Computer because it gave users freedom and power; now they've conned you into being back under their control.
