Henry STROPE, Sr.
Catherine FOX
NOTE:  it appears that our subject may be the Henry STROPE who settled in Ross Co., OH, with wife, Martha, which means our subject and Catherine must have divorced.  It also appears he married Martha before he left PA, so we can't be certain which wife was with him in the 1810 census nor which wife is the mother of the children born ca. 1800-1810.  If you have any evidence to support or disprove this scenario, please share.
Husband:  Henry STROPE, Sr.
Birth:  ca. 1760
Baptism:  3 Jul 1768, Linlithgo, Columbia Co., NY
Death:  said to have died in Ohio
Father:  Sebastian STROPE
Mother:  Lydia VAN VALKENBURG
Marriage:
Wife:  Catherine FOX
Birth:  23 Oct 1764, Luzerne [now Bradford] Co., PA
Death:  14 Nov 1843, Bradford Co., PA
Father:  Rudolph FOX (1739-1806)
Mother:  Catherine Elizabeth MILLER (1748-1810)
Children:
— born in Tioga [now Wysox] Twp., Luzerne [now Bradford] Co., PA:
  1.  Lydia STROPE, b. 29 Feb 1788; d. 25 Feb 1881; m. 8 Jun 1806, George SCOTT
  2.  Elizabeth "Betsy" STROPE, b. bef. 1790; d. 1814
  3.  Jane STROPE, b. 16 Feb 1792; d. 31 Dec 1841, m. 3 Feb 1814, Jaret LEAVENWORTH
  4.  Catherine STROPE, b. ca. 1794

— born in Wysox Twp., Luzerne [now Bradford] Co., PA:
  5.  Henry STROPE, Jr., b. 12 May 1796
  6.  Mary A. STROPE, b. 1798; d. 1885; m. 1815, William HART
  7.  Dorothy "Dolly" STROPE, b. 2 May 1799; d. 23 Feb 1892; m. 10 Aug 1816, Ebenezer STEVENS
  8.  (Son A) STROPE, b. 1800-1810
  9.  (Son B) STROPE, b. 1800-1810
10.  (Daughter A) STROPE, b. 1800-1810
11.  (Daughter B) STROPE, b. 1800-1810
12.  (Daughter C) STROPE, b. 1800-1810

If our subject is the Henry STROPE who moved to Ross Co., OH, in 1812, then these appear to be two sons of Catherine's (i.e., "Son A" and "Son B") that he took with him to Ohio:
.  (Son A) STROPE, b. 1794-1801
William STROPE, b. 1 May 1805, PA

1 female 26-44 1765-1784 = Catherine? (b. 1764)
= Martha? (b. 1784/5)
Is his wife Catherine or Martha?  The Luzerne enumeration uses some non-standard numerical code; it would doubtless be interesting to know what those codes stand for.  Catharine appears to be fibbing about her age.  List was roughly alphabetized.  Also in county:  Henry's widowed aunt, Margaret (VAN VALKENBURG) STROPE, and Henry's sister, Mary (STROPE) TUTTLE, with whom is living Henry's widowed mother, Lydia (VAN VALKENBURG) STROPE.

These data indicate:
No. & Sex  Age Class Therefore Born Individuals Inferred
1 male 9 or under 1810-1820 = Son A
1 male 19-25* 1794-1801 = Henry Jr. (b. 1796)
1 female 9 or under 1810-1820 = Daughter A
1 female 16-25 1794-1804 = Frances (b. 1796)
1 female 45 or over in or bef. 1775 = Catherine (b. 1764)
1 person engaged in agriculture
*In the 1820 Census, the third column is age class 16-18 and the fourth column is age class 16-25; therefore, any individual in column three is duplicated in column four.  By subtracting the number in column three from the number in column four, you can create an age class "19-25."
Henry STROPE, Sr., is not found, unless he's the Henry STROPE in Clark Co., OH.  Catherine (FOX) STROPE, is apparently living with her son, Henry STROPE, Jr.
