Although it appears from this record that the three children are Wilson & Anne's, the 1880 census indicates they are step-children surnamed NOBLE, presumably from a prior marriage of the now deceased Anne, in which case, Wilson & Anne would have only recently have been married in 1870. Here's where you really tear your hair that PA didn't institute county marriage licenses until the 1900s, because we really need the marriage records here!
