Not only was the eumerator's handwriting terrible, he couldn't spell — or add and subtract either because someone came along and changed some of the dates and ages.

It's hard to believe this enumerator is different from the one in 1900 — they are, I compared the names — because they both have the same miserable handwriting and poor spelling. I guess they had the same teacher.
