1.  Marriage Record:

2.  1850 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com):  Israel STRAUB (æ 14, b. PA indexed "Stroub") is living in Susquehanna Twp., Juniata Co., PA, with his parents (q.v.).

3a.  1860 Census Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #328 of 430):  Susquehanna Twp., Juniata Co., PA, p. 796, 1629/1, PN 236, enumerated 2 Aug 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤
Israel Stroup 26 m   Farmer 700 460 Pennsylvania
Eve Stroup 21 f         "
Mary L  1 f         "
Jacob Cope 12 m         "
Jacob "COPE" is almost certainly Jacob CUPP.  I can't find him in 1850 under either surname (or any conceivable variation), and I really tried.  Listed two households from Israel's parents, Michael & Eva Maria (GLACE) STROUP, who are listed next to Philip & Molly CUPP, who are listed next to John & Hanna CUPP.

3b.  1860 Census Images (online at Genealogy.com; Image #15 of 21):  Susquehanna Twp., Juniata Co., PA, Roll 1119 (Book 1), p. 796, 1632/2, PN 236, enumerated 2 Aug 1860 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤
Philip Cupp 53 m   Laborer 400  250 Pennsylvania
Molly Cupp 60 f         "
Elizabeth Stroap 31 f   widow   1150 "
Philip  8 m         "
Henry  6 m         "
Philip & Molly CUPP are Elizabeth's parents.  They are listed between Elizabeth's brother, John CUPP, and the parents of Elizabeth's ex-husband, Michael & Eva Maria (GLACE) STROUP

4.  1870 Census Images (online at Ancestry.com; Image #8 of 23):  Mahontango P.O., Susquehanna Twp., Juniata Co., PA, Roll 1353, p. 465B, PN 8, 50/50, enumerated 13 Aug 1870, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1870 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤

Michael & (Eve) Mary STROUP are Israel's parents.  The enumerator has to have screwed this record up, big time (like, where are Fannie, Henry, and Newton?).  I have no idea what the dollar signs were supposed to represent; he used them a lot.

5.  1880 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #14 of 31):  Crawford Twp., Crawford Co., KS, Roll T9_378, p. 34B, PN 14, SD 1, ED 54, enumerated 8 Jun 1880, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1880 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤

Israel's parents are both still living and are enumerated back in PA, so Catharine has to be his mother-in-law and has to have remarried since birthing Eva.

7.  1900 Census Every-Name-Index/Images (online at Ancestry.com, Image #2 of 17):  Upper Augusta Twp., Northumberland Co., PA, Roll T623_1450, p. 234B, SN 1, SD 10, ED 165, enumerated 2 Jun 1900, official enumeration date 1 Jun 1900 (extracted by Diana Gale Matthiesen):¤

This appears to be a case of age inflation for Israel because in the 1850 census, he is only 14.
