This enumerator was really sloppy.  The visitation numbers have been written over so many times, they're illegible.  The immigration numbers cannot apply to Clara as she is not an immigrant.  They would not be the correct numbers for Engelbert, but they do duplicate those for the husband in the next household, so I suspect that household is the origin of the numbers and those numbers are simply mis-placed here — or whatever.
