This has to be enumerator error. On several counts, Harry cannot be 12 years old: 1) Charles & Sarah were married in 1870 or 1871; 2) as age 12, he would be too old to be their son; and 3) the 1900 census shows he was born in January of 1872, which makes perfect sense. In other words, Harry should be 8 years old here. Listed nest to Charles's widowed mother, Elizabeth (FRITZ) STRAUB.
