It doesn't make sense that Charles is "Renting" (Column 7) at $4000 per month (Column 8).  Either he owns his home or the rent is $40.00/mo.  Elizabeth can't have been 27 at first marriage if she's Marian's mother; she was more like 17.  Richard Sr., Marian, and Richard Jr. are all "step-" relations to Charles.
