The marriage date is obviously a guess — and off by about ten years.

"Buyer" appears to be this enumerator's version of "Bayern," the German name of Bavaria — I guess anyone who can spell son, s-o-n-e, wouldn't find it odd to spell Bayern, B-u-y-e-r.  The interesting part is "For.," which almost certainly stands for "Forchheim," a major city in Bavaria (20 mi north of  Nürnberg/Nuremberg).  Elizabeth has shaved a few years off her age.

6.  1890 Census:  the 1890 census population schedules were destroyed.

7.  1900 Census Index/Microfilm (online at Genealogy.com):  not found, at least not as anything remotely close to "Burkhardt."  I searched STRAUB, STRAUP, STROUB, and STROUP in PA.  There is no Elizabeth in Erie County.
