"E" has to be Alexander, who in later censuses gives his birthplace as France; "C" is Alexander's wife, Catharine; "Geo" is their son, Edward George.  "J" is Joseph, and "A" is Adelia.  But where is Johann Georg?  In later censuses, both Alexander and Adelia give their birthplace as France.

6.  Death Certificate: George Straub.  California State Board of Health, Bureau of Vital Statistics, County of Los Angeles, Local Registered No. 1198 (scanned image kindly provided by Renee Straub):  The handwriting on the certificate is "idiocyncratic" leading to various readings of the Mother's given name.  The difficulty stems from the lowercase "h," but if you look at the lower-case "h" in the decedant's Race, "White," it becomes clear that the Mother's given name is Catharine.
