Funeral services for Scharlotte M. RANEY, 69, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Trinity Chruch of the Nazarene in Fort Smith with Rev. Ronnie Allen officiating.  Burial was in Buffington Cemetery in Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.  Mrs. RANEY was born March 31, 1938, to William Eugene RASEY and Katie Becky (DIXON) RASEY.  She died Sunday, May 20, 2007, in Fort Smith.  Survivors include four sons, Roger, Charles, Danny, and Kenneth; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Geneva, Susie and Mary Jo; one brother, Haskell; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
